"Ms. Malow recently mediated a case in which I was involved and
did an outstanding job in resolving a difficult case. Ms Malow was
professional, well prepared and quickly understood all of the issues
involved in the mediation. She also maintained a positive attitude
throughout the mediation and had good communication skills, which
allowed each side to understand all of the contentions and
issues being asserted.
The particular mediation involved an automobile accident case with
several plaintiffs and was relatively small in value. I have found
that these cases are often the most difficult to successfully resolve
in mediation, but Ms. Malow did a fine job of keeping the lines
of communication open to allow a final resolution. I would certainly
recommend her as mediator and would use her again on other cases
involving our office."

"Ellen has mediated more than one difficult case for my firm.
Custody and divorce battles can be some of the hardest cases in
which to mediate a settlement because there are emotional as well as
monetary issues. Ellen seems uniquely capable of separating the two
and more importantly getting the parties to separate the two,
address them individually and come to a resolution that both parties
can be happy with. It is often said that 'after a successful
mediation both parties are a little unhappy.' I don't find this to
be the case with Ellen's mediations. My experience has been that she
delivers on her 'win-win' promise."
