"Ms. Malow recently mediated a case in which I was involved and did an outstanding job in resolving a difficult case. Ms Malow was professional, well prepared and quickly understood all of the issues involved in the mediation. She also maintained a positive attitude throughout the mediation and had good communication skills, which allowed  each side to understand all of the contentions and issues being asserted.

The particular mediation involved an automobile accident case with several plaintiffs and was relatively small in value. I have found that these cases are often the most difficult to successfully resolve in mediation, but Ms. Malow did a fine job of keeping the lines of communication open to allow a final resolution. I would certainly recommend her as mediator and would use her again on other cases involving our office."
