Ms. Malow brings over a decade of experience in handling some of the largest cases in the country on behalf of both sides to a dispute. Her breadth of experience allows her to help all sides to better understand the issues to
facilitate resolution of their claims.
- Completed the Advanced Mediation Skills Program at The Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine School of Law. The program has been ranked number one by U.S. News and World Report for the fourth consecutive year.
- First-chaired 14 trials
- Second-chaired 8 trials
- Received take-nothing verdicts in 12 out of 13 trials on behalf of the defendant
- Obtained over $7 million in a verdict for the plaintiff,
including $1.2 million for the wife's loss of consortium
claim.
- Represented over 3600 plaintiffs against a chemical company for contamination of a neighborhood.
- Defended a double death case that settled for a nominal amount at mediation.
- Achieved numerous dismissals and settlements on behalf of defendant in mass tort actions.
- Achieved numerous summary judgments in various actions.
